Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery within Bend City Limits (approximately 10 miles from our home base) is FREE. We will deliver to Redmond and South to Sunriver. Areas beyond that are at our discretion. With rising gas prices, we are limiting our out of area deliveries at this time.
What about inclement weather?
We try to be as flexible as possible, nobody wants to be in the business of disappointing kids! With that said, we do prioritize safety. We cannot operate in winds exceeding 15-20 miles per hour. Also, we cannot operate in the rain. We will make all weather related calls PRIOR to delivering to your event. If it’s questionable and you choose to have us deliver, you will be charged the full amount of the rental regardless of whether we can operate the full time or not. If we cancel PRIOR to delivery due to the weather, you will receive a full refund.
Can we operate in the Bend parks?
Yes! We carry the insurance limits required by both Bend Parks and Recreation and Redmond Parks and Recreation. We are happy to set up at a park for you. Please be sure to reach out to the parks department to reserve the space required, find out about available power and water, etc. If power is unavailable, we do rent generators that are sufficient to power our inflatables.
Your rental time says up to 8 hours. What does that mean?
We have multiple deliveries and pickups scheduled on any given day, all done by one person. We schedule them based on route and time the party starts/ends. Depending on those factors, you may or may not get the full 8 hours in during daylight hours. We will pickup before dark because kids bouncing in the dark isn’t really a safe thing to do. We will try our best to get you the full 8 hours, even if that means delivering you earlier in the morning before your event starts. Questions? Please ask us before you book!
